Abstract:Spintronics is a branch of science that deals with the spin of an electron and not on its charge which electronics does. There are two spins (UP spin and DOWN Spin) like 0’s and 1’s to represent to states. The important property that spins could be directed in a particular direction, and the change in spin could be detected is used in our paper.
